Each Heliox charger has a 24/7 Remote Monitoring Connection. Our Heliox Care Service provides you a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with pro-active service, maintenance notification and updates for smooth use. Most problems are solved directly by the charger itself, but if not, the trouble-shooting starts remotely and our service team receives a trigger and solves the problem. Heliox' engineers or your local Charge Point Operator (CPO) takes care of your problem.
